Policy regarding Emberleaf Products

Gift vouchers and Certificates

1.1 The use of gift vouchers and Certificates fall under the following terms and conditions:

Our Gift Certificates include unique numbers and configurable patterns.
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
All Gift Certificates are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
The purchaser has 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for the Gift Voucher
We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

1.3 Custom orders and deposits

Once a custom order is placed we allow 6 weeks to cancel the order for a full refund, should an order be cancelled after this time we reserve the right to keep retain the deposit or 50% of the total if the item was paid for in full at the time of ordering.
